1. Begin a storytime custom

3. Get a little sunshine
Never has sunlight vitamin, Vitamin D, been so important. This nutrient is crucial for helping your baby develop strong heart and bones, and researchers also have started investigating a link between a deficiency of vitamin D in pregnant women and atherosclerosis.
4. Massage your bump

5. Talk with your bump

8. Start singing nursery rhymes
Yep, you’ll get into this habit now. ‘We all know unborn babies can pick up the rise and drop and cadences in language,’ says Miriam. ‘You can assist your baby song in by singing rhythmic tunes — nursery rhymes are ideal.’ Following your baby’s born, then sing exactly the very same rhymes to quieten and moisturize her.
