1. Begin a storytime habit

Never before has the sunshine vitamin, Vitamin D, been so significant. And you just have to soak it up for 20 minutes each day. ‘We examine all of the pregnant mums who visit our clinic for vitamin D, and 70 percent are paralyzed, ”’ says fertility specialist Zita West. ‘That’s because of a combination of a lack of sun and not having enough vitamin D in their diet.’
This nutrient is critical for helping your baby develop strong bones and heart, and researchers have also started exploring a link between a lack of vitamin D in elderly women and autism.
4. Massage your bump
From around 20 months, your baby will feel that you touching your bump and yanking it may send messages that are soothing to her nervous system. 5. Talk with your bump

6. Vary your diet plan

Maybe the most significant instruction of all — you can shape your child’s music taste. ‘Unborn babies adore music — it will help trigger happy compounds, such as serotonin, which encourage her to be calm and contented,’ says Miriam. ‘Following the arrival, your baby recalls and relives all those good feelings associated with the music every time she hears it.’
8. Start singing nursery rhymes
Yep, you’ll get into this habit today. ‘We understand unborn babies can pick up the rise and fall and cadences in language,’ says Miriam. ‘You can help your baby song from singing rhythmic songs — nursery rhymes are perfect.’ After your baby’s born, sing exactly the same zest to quieten and soothe her.
